Fall Setup

A deep tillage cog wheel combines with a set of containment coulters to produce 10" wide, 8" - 12" deep, fertilized zones.

Fall Tillage

A large 30" diameter serrated deep tillage cog wheel with heavy-duty ductile iron tillage bits sizes the residue, loosens soil, and incorporates fertilizer in corn stalks, bean stubble, grain stubble, green residue, pasture, and alfalfa.

Serrated containment coulters create even and elevated berms along the exposed strip of soil that mellow out in the winter and warm up fast in the spring. The berms adjust from 2" to 4" high and 10" wide to match your conditions and expectations. The containment coulters also help incorporate the fertilizer and residue evenly into the soil.

Spring Setup

Two shallow tillage wavy coulters combine with a set of containment coulters to produce 10" wide, 2" - 4" deep, fertilized and conditioned planting zones.

Spring Tillage

Two 20" diameter wavy coulters replace the deep tillage cog wheel to condition and till zones from 8"–10" wide and 2"–6" deep. The seedbed zones are aerated and fertilizer is thoroughly incorporated, creating an ideal soil profile for planting that allows rapid germination, strong early plant growth and excellent nutrient uptake. Spring soil conditioning produces excellent seed zones with no smearing or clumping of the soil.
